- Abstract 文献概要
慢性型睾丸水瘤は，それ自体巨大とならなければ，特に症状をあらわすものではないが，今回運動中に睾丸水瘤の固有鞘膜壁側板が破裂し，急激な症状をあらわした1例を経験したので報告する。
A 39-year-old male was admitted to Matsumoto National Hospital on October 16, 1976 with the complaint of edematous swelling of the scrotum, penis and right inguinal region. He had had painless swelling of the right scrotum since June, 1975. One day before admission, he suddenly felt sharp pain in the right scrotal region immediately after throwing a bowling bowl. Right scrotal swelling had increa-sed thereafter.
Surgery disclosed right hydrocele testis with about 300ml of thin bloody content and a rupture of the tunica vaginalis about 7cm in length. Successful hydrocelectomy was done.
