副腎嚢胞は稀な疾患であり，また特徴的な臨床症状がないことより他疾患の精査中に偶然発見されることが多い。われわれも左上腹部腫瘤，食思不振を主訴として内科入院精査中に発見された副腎嚢胞の1例を経験したので報告する。
A left adrenal cyst in a 66 year-old man was reported. He was admitted to our hospital with chief complaints of a mass in the left upper quadrant and anorexia. On physical examination, he was found to have blood pressure of 174/120 mmHg, grade 1 (Scheie) hypertensive retinopathy and a firm nontender mass, measuring 18×18 cm in size, in the left upper quadrant of the abdomen. Urinalysis and hematological laboratory data were all within a normal limit, except for a mild anemia; the hemoglobin was 11.7 gr/dl and the hematocrit 33%.
