陰茎折症の1例

A CASE OF FRACTURE OF THE PENIS

緒言

　陰茎折症は報告者によつては，陰茎折傷，陰茎切傷などの別の名称で呼ばれることもあるが，要するに勃起した陰茎に鈍的外力が作用することにより陰茎海綿体白膜の断裂した状態をいう。比較的まれな疾患で，本邦では市川^1）が1971年に61例の集計を，伊集院^2）が1972年に76例の集計を報告している。

　最近われわれは本症の1例を経験したのでその概要を報告するとともに，市川^1）以後の陰茎折症症例の集計を行ない，いささかの文献的，統計的考察を行なつた。

Patient was a 19 year old unmarried student, with the chief complaint of swelling and bending of the penis to the left. Patient noticed a ruptured sound when he pushed and bended his erected penis downward, unintentionally, early in the morning before he left his bed which was followed by loss of erection and gradual swelling and bending of the penis, without pain. One hour later he visited our clinic. The penis was curved to the left, remarkablely from diffuse hematoma on the right side, but the ruptured site of tunica albuginea could not be palpated, and hematuria was not noticed.
