緒言

　睾丸被膜に原発する腫瘍は元来極めて稀なものとされているが，最近2〜3年間に本疾患の報告がやや増加しているようである。われわれは右睾丸白膜より発生した線維腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

A case of fibroma of tunica albuginea testis in a 15 year-old boy, was reported. Tumor of testicular capsule is rare and especially tumor of Tunica albuginea testis is extremely rare and only 3 cases including this case have been reported in the Japanese literature. 33 cases of tumor of the testicular capsule have been reported in the Japanese literature. Statistical studies showed that tumor of the testicular capsule had high incidence of malignancy among the young and were often complicated with hydrocele. It is stressed that during surgery for hydrocele among youngsters, consideration for complication of such tumors is reqired.
