尿道性交の1例

A CASE OF URETHRAL COITUS

　女性の尿道性交は極めて稀な病態であり，われわれの調べた限りでは本邦では報告がなく，欧米でも現在まで15例^1）を数えるにすぎない。今回，われわれは膣が存在し，月経も存在しながら尿道性交をしていた1例を経験したので報告する。

The patient, 31-year-old female, complained of painful intercourse for 9 months after marriage. She did not have urinary incontinence or cystitis. The urethra was dilated and the examiner's finger intro-duced into the urethra could easily palpate the inside of the bladder. The hymen was rigid, narrowing the vaginal introitus. After excision of the rigid hymen, she has had normal vaginal intercourse. No case of urethral coitus has been reported in Japan.
