外傷性外陰部剥皮症の1治験例

TRAUMATIC AVULSION OF THE SKIN OF EXTERNAL GENITALIA: REPORT OF A CASE

緒言

　外陰部の開放性損傷中，特殊なものに男性外陰部剥皮症がある。これは陰茎陰嚢皮膚の一部または全部が外力により剥脱された状態をいうのであるが，男性外陰部の可動性に富む解剖学的構造から極めて稀な外傷である。

　われわれは最近，骨盤骨折，膀胱および尿道破裂，腸管断裂を合併した陰茎陰嚢剥皮症の1例を経験し，陰茎形成において，いわゆるtubed pe-dicle flap（Filatov法一管状移動弁形成法）を試みて成功したので若千の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Case is a 34 year old male working as a civil engeneer, was traumatized by the back wheel when he was hit and fell by a tankrolly during construction. The entire penis and right half of the scrotum was avulsed with the right testis and cord exposed. Fracture of pelvic bone and rupture of urethra, bladder and sigmoid colon were also combined.
