睾丸白膜線維腫の1例

A CASE OF THE FIBROMA OF THE TUNICA ALBUGINEA TESTIS

緒言

　睾丸被膜に発生する腫瘍は従来極めて稀なものと考えられていたが，臨床症例報告数からみて近年漸増の傾向にあるように見受けられる。

　われわれも最近左睾丸白膜より発生したと思われる線維腫の1例を経験したので，報告する。

A case of fibroma of the tunica albuginea testis in a 32-year-old male was reported. Checkup in the internal medical clinic, for hypogastric pain of one week duration resulted in suspected urolithiasis and he was transferred to our clinic. Physical examination revealed a little finger-tip-sized induration in the left testis and orchidectomy was performed for the diagnosis of testicular tumor. The tumor in the left testis was a little finger-tip-sized, hard and the color of the cut surface was grey. Histological diagnosis was fibroma.
