早期に診断された睾丸白膜嚢胞の1例

A CASE OF CYSTS ARIZING FROM TUNICA ALBUGINEA OF TESTIS DIAGNOSED IN EARLY STAGE

緒言

　睾丸白膜嚢胞は，きわめて稀な良性の疾患である。自覚症状に乏しく，局所の腫瘤を主訴として来院するときには嚢胞が睾丸実質を占めるまでに増大していることが多い。そのため文献的には悪性腫瘍を疑い，患側の睾丸を摘出する例が多いが，著者らが経験した例は比較的早期に発見できたため睾丸摘出を免れた。

A 62-year-old man was admitted on June 10 th, 1982, because of uncomfortable feeling in the left testis for past a month. On physical examination, there were 4 small masses in the left testis adjacent to the epididymis. They were firm, non-tender and non-transmitting. The routine laboratory studies were within normal limits except for positive tuberculous skin test.

The operation was performed on June 14 th, 1982. When the tunica vaginalis was opened, 4 cysts were seen on the anterior and lateral aspects of the testis.
