緒言

　保存的加療の無効な逆行性射精症例に，配偶者間人工授精を行ない，女児を得ることができたので報告する。

A case of male sterility from retrograde ejaculation of cause unknown in a 30 year-old male, was reported. Conservative treatment showed no effect but pregnancy was successful after 7 insemination during 4 cycles by artificial insemination with husbands semen collected by catheter from the bladder after masturbation. Conservative treatment was necessary for threatened abortion, in early pregnancy but other-wise the course was uneventful and a baby girl was born by full term delivery. 11 cases of retrograde ejaculation of cause unknown has been reported in the Japanese literature.
