緒言

　副腎，腹部交感神経節などを原発巣とするNeu-roblastomaは小児悪性腫瘍の一つとしてよく知られているが^1），同系のNeurogenic tumorにGan-glioneuroblastomaとGanglioneuromaがある^2）。

　われわれは腎に原発したと思われるGanglio-neuroblastomaの1例を経験したので報告する。

A case of renal ganglioneuroblastoma in a 39 year old male with the chief complaint of right flank pain, who was referred to the urological clinic of Toyama Prefectural Central Hospital by a local physi-cian, was reported.

Physical examination revealed an infant head sized, elastic hard mass with a smooth surface at the right renal area, and in spite that the B.S.R. was increased, blood pressure was within normal limits. Transperitoneal right nephrectomy was performed, after the diagnosis of right renal tumor with lung metastasis was established by various examination.
