　尿道肉腫はきわめてまれな疾患であるが，前立腺摘除術後3ヵ月目に血尿と排尿困難を訴えて発見された症例を経験したので報告する。

A 70-year-old man visited our clinic with complaints of grosshematuria and dysuria. He has had prostatectomy three months before for benign prostatic hypertrophy. Hematuria was difficult to control in spite of two transurethral electrocoagulations and gauze packing in the prostatic fossa. Reoperation revealed an agar-like hemorrhagic neoplasm occupying the posterior urethra protruding into the bladder neck. He underwent subtotal cystectomy with ligation of the bilateral internal iliac arteries to reduce oozing of blood from the neoplasm. Bilateral ureterocutaneostomy was accomplished as a means of urinary diversion.
