前立腺小細胞癌の1例

A Case of Small Cell Carcinoma of the Prostate

　69歳，男性。1か月来の排尿困難を自覚して当科を受診した。CTにて，前立腺右葉内の腫瘍と多発性の肝転移の所見を認め，生検にて小細胞癌の診断を得た。血中neuron-specific enolase（NSE）は，84ng/mlと高値を示した。治療としてシスプラチンとエトポシドによるPVP療法を3クール施行した。いったんは腫瘍の著明な縮小をみたが，その後再び悪化し，診断時より18か月目で死の転帰をとった。

A 69-yearold man was admitted to our hospital with a complaint of dysuria. Digital rectal examination and a computed tomography (CT) scan revealed a tumor in the prostate invading to the bladder. Multiple liver metastases were also found on the CT scan. Histological examinationof the prostate and the liver showed small cell carcinoma with poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma
