外傷性破裂を伴つた腎腫瘍の1例

A CASE OF INJURY OF THE KIDNEY WITH RENAL TUMOR

緒言

　最近，道路交通事情の悪化に伴い，交通事故が頻発しており，これにつれて尿路外傷も増加している。

　われわれは，再度の外傷により腎破裂を生じ，Shock状態になつた患者で腎腫瘍が合併していた症例を経験したので報告する。

A case of renal tumor associated with traumatic rupture due to repeated renal injury, in a 63 year old male, who went into shock, was reported. Left nephrectomy was performed and histopathological findings of the removed kidney revealed clear cell carcinoma with remarkable hemorrhage and scar formation.

X-ray diagnosis and underlying renal disease by renal trauma, were discussed.
