緒言
副睾丸の癌腫はきわめて稀な疾患であり，病理組織学的には腺癌がその大部分を占めている。われわれは最近腺癌の1例を経験したのでここに報告する。
A 74 years old male, visited our clinic with the chief complaint of swelling of the left epididymis and surgery was performed under the clinical diagnosis of left tuberculous epididymitis. The adhesion between the testis and epididymis was quite firm, and therefore they were removed as a lump. The histopathological findings of the removed specimen revealed adenocarcinoma of the epididymis. Antitu-mor agent and other treatment was started soon after surgery but recurrence occurred at the operation site, a abdominal mass, suggestive of metastasis, became palpable and died 80 days after surgery as the general condition went down hill.
