緒言
睾丸の位置異常の中でも，停留睾丸は日常よく経験するが，正常の下降路外に存在する睾丸転位は，極めてまれな異常である。最近，交叉性睾丸転位症の1例を経験したので報告する。
A case of right transverse ectopia of testicle in a 6 year old boy, with the chief complaint of a mass of left scrotal content and lack of the right scrotal content which was first noticed at the age of three, was reported.
The diagnosis was confirmed by surgery and transseptal orchiopexy was performed.
This is the 33rd case in the Japanese literature.
