副睾丸に原発する腫瘍は，比較的少いが，最近われわれは，副睾丸平滑筋腫の1例を経験したので報告する。
Patient is a 14 years old junior high school student with a complaint of swelling of the left testicle. At first testicular tumor was suspected but after various laboratory examinations IVP revealed bilateral hydronephrosis. However, lymphoangiography by the Kinmonth method was normal.
Orchidectomy was performed. Histologically the tumor was leiomyoma.
37 cases of benign tumor of the epididymis are reported in Japan but only 14 of these are leiomyoma. This case was the youngest among them.
