緒言
重複尿道は，尿道奇形のなかでも稀な疾患であり，ことに女性の重複尿道は稀れで，その症例報告は本邦はもとより欧米の文献を調べても，30例に満たない。われわれは，外尿道口側が盲端に終わつており，これが腹圧のために，のう状に膣前庭部に膨隆するという興味深い症例を経験したので報告すると共に，若干の考察を加えてみた。
Double urethra is a very rare condition even among the anomalies of the urethra and especialy, only 21 cases of double urethra of the female could be collected from the literature in Japan and abroad.
This case is a 32 year-old female who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of a mass at the external genitalia and the diagnosis was confirmed by surgical findings, histological examination and postoperative cystoscopic findings.
The 21 cases collected were analysed and the definition together with the classification were discussed.
