非交叉性睾丸転位の2例

NON-CROSS TESTICULAR ECTOPIA: REPORT OF 2 CASES

緒言

　睾丸の位置異常には停留睾丸と睾丸転位の2種が知られている。睾丸転位は「睾丸が正常の位置あるいは正常の睾丸下降の経路以外に存する。」ということで定義される。その頻度は停留睾丸より非常に少ない。また性器の発生研究上にも重要な資料である。

　われわれは比較的まれな，非交叉性の睾丸転位を最近2例経験したので，それについて報告する。

2 cases of testicular ectopia in a 8 months old and 5 years old boys, were reported. The first case is a perineal ectopia of the left testicle and orchidopexy to the normal position was performed with good results. Biopsy of the ectopic testicle showed normally developing testicular tissue. The second case is the pubic retention type which was confirmed by sugery after administration of 10,000 units of Gonaclotropin. The ectopic testicle was small pea-size and orchidectomy was done. Histopathological findings of the removed testicle showed remarkable degeneration.

The Japanese literature was reviewed and discussed.
