Ⅰ．緒言

　生体のカルシウムおよび無機燐の代謝を司る副甲状腺が，泌尿器科領域において注目されるのは，尿路結石症の原因疾患として，原発性副甲状腺機能亢進症（primary Hyperparathyroidism）が重要な役割を演ずるためである。副甲状腺々腫の2例を経験したので，報告するとともに若干の考察を加える。

2 cases of primary hyperparathyroidism in a 23 years old male and 36 years old female, who were treated and cured, were reported.

The first case was a case with recurrent calculi of the urinary tract and the second was a case with solitary calculi of the urinary tract with severe decalcification of the bones, which lead to repeated estimation of serum calcium and phosporus and the diagnosis of one of them was established few years later.

The diagnosis of such cases are mostly established by the urologist.
