完全重複腎盂・尿管にみられた部分的巨大尿管の1例

A CASE OF PARTIAL MEGALOURETER ACCOMPANYING COMPLETE DUPLICATION OF THE RENAL PELVIS AND URETER

Ⅰ．緒言

　膿尿を主訴とせる患者に，初診時の誤つた診断にとらわれて正しい診断がつかず，約8カ月目にやつと推定診断下に手術を行ない，始めて正しい診断のついた，苦い経験をしたので，ここにその経過を分析して，ご参考に供したいと思います。

A case of complete reduplication of the kidney pelvis and ureter with megaloureter in a 30 years old female, was reported. Chief complaint was pyuria and cystoscopic examination revealed creamy pus-like discharge from the bladder wall which suspected retrovesical abscess, but the cause was not found inspite of various examination. By transurethral resection of the fistula discharging cream-like pus, a concave appeared at the lower inner portion of the left ureteral orifice and a diverticulum like sac was outlined by injecting radio-opaque dye into it.

Accurate diagnosis was obtained by surgery, 8 months after first visit.
