赤血球増多症を伴つた腎腫瘍

RENAL TUMOR ASSOCIATED WITH POLYCYTHEMIA

Ⅰ．緒言

　腎疾患による貧血は通常のことであるが，増血をきたすことは稀である。腎性赤血球増多症は欧米では既に多数の報告があるが，本邦ではなお極めて少ない。我々は第282回日本泌尿器科学会東京地方会で本症の1例を報告したが，本例はその後血清肝炎からついに肝硬変となり，死亡したので改めて報告する。

Case was a 59 year old male with the chief complaint of hematuria who was diagnosed as right renal tumor. A large tumor with necrotizing cavity was noticed at the upper pole of the removed kidney and was the so-called clear cell type hypernephroma by histological findings. Preoperative red blood cell count showed the maximum of 762×10⁴, hemoglobin 145%, hematocrit 64%, white cell count 7700 and platelets 111, 600. Postoperatively it returned to normal promptly and was stable thereafter.
