Ⅰ．緒言

　腎盂に発生する乳頭状腫瘍はしばしば同側の尿管および膀胱にも同種の腫瘍が多発しいわゆるurinary papillomatosisと呼ばれている。我々の教室でも最近比較的長い経過をとつたpapillo-matosisの2例を経験したので報告する。

Case 1 visited our clinic with the chief complaint of hematuria and was diagnosed as left kidney tumor after examination. After nephrectomy, histopathological findings revealed papillary carcinoma of kidney pelvis and since same type of tumor occurred in the ureter and bladder, left ureterectomy and partial resection of the left lateral wall of the bladder was performed. Approximatly 10 trans-urethral electrocoagulations and cobalt 60 irradiation was done but reccurence occurred and right ur-etero-cutaneostomy was done.
