　尿管瘤は尿管（全壁層を含む）下端が嚢状に拡張し膀胱内に膨隆したもので，その嚢の外層は膀胱粘膜より内層は尿管粘膜より中間層は筋層および結合織より構成されている。我々は昭和39年より4例の尿管瘤を経験したのでこれに国内文献上の症例および考察を加えて報告する。

Some discussions on ureterocele, which is said to be secondary to congenital stricture of the ureteral orifice, was done by compairing the cases abroad to our 4 cases together with the 130 cases collected from the Japanese literature till march 1967. The excision of the ureterocele was done transvesically through a suprapubic incision in all of our cases and their postoperative couse were uneventful. Generally, the Japanese cases showed less pediatric cases, more complications of urinary calculi, less complication of malformation of urinary tract and no marked difference in sex incidence.
