左先天性水腎症に合併した後腹膜腫瘍の1例

A CASE OF RETROPERITONEAL TUMOR WITH LEFT CONGENITAL HYDRONEPHROSIS

Ⅰ．はじめに

　後腹膜腫瘍は比較的稀な疾患であり，最近報告例が増加したとはいえその発生頻度は，腫瘍全体の0.2％を占めるに過ぎないといわれている。

　私どもは最近，先天性水腎症に合併した後腹膜腫瘍で病理組織学的にLeiomyosarkomと診断された症例を経験したので報告する。

Retroperitoneal tumor is considered to be a rather rare disease and the incidence is said to be 0.2% of all tumors.

We are reporting a recent case of congenital hydronephrosis complicated with retroperitoneal tumor which was diagonosed as leiomyosarcoma by histopathological examination and the clinical picture was discussed.
