Ⅰ．緒言

　膀胱ヘルニアとは膀胱壁の一部が腹壁のヘルニアロより外方皮下に脱出するのをいい，欧米での報告は1605年Platerの第1例以来現在までに400例の多きに達している^1）が，本邦における報告例はまだ20例に満たない。

　最近我々は本症の1例に遭遇したのでこれを報告する。

A case of inguinal herniation of the bladder is reported. Case is a 61 years old male, who as di-agnosed as left external hernia by a surgeon few years previously. Surgery was performed by the surgeon on April 5, 1966 and during surgery, after exposing the hernia sac and vas, leakage of urine like fluid was noticed when the rupture of the sac occurred during separation. Hematuria was noticed by passing a catheter from the urethra and was suspected to be a case of herniation of the bladder. Surgical procedure was done and during follow up patient was referred to our clinic for urological evaluation.
