Ⅰ．緒言

　原発性尿管腫瘍は古くは稀な疾患とされていたが，近事かなり多くの報告がみられる様になつてきた。本邦における原発性尿管癌は1935年，伊藤の報告に始まり，1963年北山等は69例を集計している。最近我々は原発性尿管癌2例を経験したので，これを報告すると共に北山以後の文献にみられた64例と自験2例を加えた総計135例の本邦症例を総括し，観察，考按を加えてみたいと思う。

　The first case of primary ureteric carcinoma in the Japanese literature was reported by Ito in 1935 and 135 cases were collected ever since. 2 recent cases was reported and some statistical studies were done of the Japanese cases. Case 1 is a 65 years old female with gross hematuria as chief complaint and the histopathological findings revealed papillary transitional cell carcinoma. Case 2 is also a 65 years old female with gross hematuria and general malaise as chief complaint and the histopathological findings revealed papillary transitional cell carcinoma. Total nephroureterectomy was performed in both cases.
