原発性女子尿道癌の2例—附，本邦報告例の文献的考察

TWO CASES OF PRIMARY FEMALE URETHRAL CARCINOMA AND REVIEW OF 205 CASES REPORTED IN JAPANESE LITERATURES

緒言

　原発性女子尿道癌は比較的稀な疾患で，欧米では1833年Boivin　＆　Dugesにより初報告がなされ^1,2），1952年Mccrea^2）が504例を蒐集している。本邦においては1905年，難波の第1例^3）以後，現在まで205例の報告をみる。

　Ehrendorfer^4）の記載した古典的な分類として，原発性女子尿道癌はVulvo-urethral type （陰門尿道癌）とUrethral type　（尿道固有癌）の2つに分けられる。今回著者らは，Urethral typeに属する2例を経験したので報告し，本邦における既報の原発性女子尿道癌例をとりまとめ，文献的考察を試みた。

1) 2-cases of primary female urethral carcinoma which belonged to the urethral type of Ehrendorfer's classification were reported. The histopathology of one case was transitional cell carcinoma and the other was adenocarcinoma.

2) Although the disease were so progressed that urinary retention occured in both cases, en bloc resection including the bladder. urethra, vagina, ovaries and adnexa together with pelvic lymphnodes through anterior pelvic exenteration in addition to transvaginal procedure was done followed by ileal conduit for urinary diversion in each case.
