巨大腎細胞癌の1剖検例—附，本邦剖検例の統計的観察

AN AUTOPSY CASE OF HUGE RENAL CELL CARCINOMA: STATISTICAL SURVEY OF NECROPSIED CASES OF RENAL CELL CARCINOMA IN JAPAN

緒言

　腎細胞癌の診断，治療，転移，予後および剖検例については現在まで数多くの報告がみられる。しかし早期診断，治療法など臨床的には検討すべき問題点がまだ多い。

　今度，巨大な腎細胞癌の1剖検例を経験した機会に，昭和43年から昭和45年まで3年間の日本病理学会編・日本病理剖検輯報に報告された腎腫瘍症例について，統計的観察を行なつたので併せて報告する。

Case is a 43 year old male who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of fever, hematuria and lower abdominal pain. Laparotomy was performed under the diagnosis of renal tumor but was inoperable and patient expired 48 days after admission. The renal tumor was a giant size weighing 2, 500 g by autopsy. The histopathological diagnosis was renal cell carcinoma (dark cell type) and metastasis were noticed in both lungs and pleura, liver, mediastinum, diaphragma, peritoneum, transverse colon. retro-peritoneal space, mesenterium and left supraclavicular lymph nodes.
