睾丸回転症6例—附，本邦集計の臨床的考察

Ⅰ．緒言

　睾丸回転症は睾丸部の疼痛を主訴とする他疾患との鑑別が困難なため，誤診されたり，観過される事が多く，臨床的にも決して稀れな疾患ではないと考えられている。しかも，発症当初の処置が妥当でない時には睾丸壊死という重大なる事態に陥入るものである。最近著者等は本症の6例を経験したので，症例について報告するとともに，本邦集計を考按し，卑見を述べてみたい。

Six cases of torsion of testicle were reported. Among them, two cases were the recurrent incomplete type and for the other four cases, orchiectomy had to be done on the case treated fourty eight hours after onset due to complete necrosis. Ttemporary blood circulation was recovered by reduction in the case treated twelve hours after onset but later became necrotic, and no atrophy of testicular tissue was noticed among those treated four and six hours after onset by reduction.
