腎盂腫瘍の6例—附本邦報告例の統計的観察

SIX CASES OF RENAL PELVIC TUMOR

Ⅰ．緒言

　腎盂腫瘍は腎実質腫瘍に比して，遙かに稀で腎腫瘍中，約10％内外と考えられている。高橋，大場，山口^1）（1938年）が39例を基にして綜説を行ない，また，志田，駒瀬^2）（1951年）が92例を集め，南，大堀^3）（1960年）が1951年から1960年まで145例の追加症例を考察し，最近では赤坂等^4）（1964年）が昭和35年末までの本邦報告例201例を集め，統計的観察を加えている。我々は，最近相ついで，6例の腎盂腫瘍を経験したので報告し，赤坂等による昭和35年末までの本邦報告例201例に加えて，昭和35年末から昭和40年末までの本邦報告例124例（余等の例を含まず）を集め，合計325例について，考察を加えた。

6 cases of renal pelvic tumor and its statistical review up to the end of 1965, after Akasaka's report of 1964 dealing with statistics to the end of 1960, was reported. These 6 cases were treated by us between August 17, 1965 and August 10, 1966. Ratio of male to female was 4 to 2. Of the 6 cases, 1 was 22 years old, 2 were in their fifties and the other 3 were over 60.

There was no bilateral tumors. 4 tumors were of the left kidney and the others were of the right. The most common chief complaint was hematuria in 5 cases; fever and lumbago were seen in 2 cases respectively.
