Ⅰ．はじめに

　尿管ポリープは尿管の粘膜下組織を基盤として発生し，尿管腔内に突出した有茎性の良性腫腸であり，以前は報告例も少なかつたが1960年以後増加の傾向にある。我々も終末時排尿痛を主訴として来科した症例を経験したので報告する。

A case of polyp of the left ureter complicated with calculi, which was seen in a 34 years old female who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of cystitis like symptoms and finally underwent total nephroureterectomy for ureteral tumor, was reported.

38 cases of ureteral polyp including our case has been reported in the Japanese literature and its statistical studies were as follows. 26 cases were seen in male and 12 were in female. Age incidence shows 14 cases in the third decade, 10 cases in the fourth decade and none were in the old age group.
