症例は78歳女性，神経因性膀胱で尿道カテーテル留置中。主訴は発熱と恥骨部痛。CT，MRIで化膿性恥骨結合炎および恥骨骨髄炎と診断。抗菌薬療法後に，デブリドマンを施行された。術後2年が経過し，再発を認めていない。

A 78-year-old woman with indwelled urethral catherter due to neurogenic bladder visited to our hospital complaining of fever and pubic pain. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed the septic arthritis of pubic symphysis, and osteomyelitis pubis. After the antimicrobial therapies, surgical debridment was performed. There was no recurrence during two years after the surgery.
