ゾレドロン酸投与によりPSAの著明な低下を認めた去勢抵抗性前立腺癌

Castration resistant prostate cancer showing marked decrease of serum PSA level after Zoledronic acid treatment：a case report

ゾレドロン酸投与によりPSA値の著明な低下を認めた去勢抵抗性前立腺癌の1例を報告する。症例は83歳男性。主訴は全身倦怠感。前立腺癌cT3aN0M1に対し，ホルモン療法を施行するも，最終的に去勢抵抗性となった。その後，ゾレドロン酸投与によりPSA値の著明な低下を認めた。治療開始から30か月経過した現在も外来で治療継続中である。

An 83-year-old man complaining of general fatigue was diagnosed as prostate cancer, clinical stage T3aN0M1. He had received androgen deprivation therapy, but he entered to castration resistant prostate cancer（CRPC）ultimately. After the beginning of Zoledronic acid（ZA）therapy, his serum PSA level decreased dramatically. He has treated as an outpatient during thirty months with favorable PSA level after the first medical examination.
