陰茎縫線囊腫に併存した傍尿道口囊腫

Coexistence with parameatal cyst and penile raphe cyst：a case report

症例は24歳男性。数年前から増大する2個の陰茎腫瘤を主訴に当科を受診した。傍尿道口囊腫と陰茎縫線囊腫との併存と診断し，切除術を施行した。術後経過は良好で，再発を認めていない。

A 24-year-old man presented to our hospital complaining of two penile tumors, increasing in size for several years. Diagnosis was the coexistence with parameatal cyst and penile raphe cyst. Surgical resection was performed, and there was no recurrence after surgery. Pathogenesis and management of this rare condition was discussed.
