　症例は50歳，男性。排尿困難に対し内服加療を行ったが軽快せず，前立腺組織内レーザー凝固法（ILCP）を行った。術後1か月で無症状となっていたが，半年後，左下腹痛を認めるようになった。超音波検査などで前立腺左葉に囊胞性病変を認めた。ILCPにより形成された精液瘤と診断した。

　A 50-year-old male with a chief complaint of difficult urination had been treated with medicine,but medical treatment was not efficient. He underwent interstitial laser coagulation of the prostate（ILCP）therapy. His urinary symptoms became improved,but he complained left lower abdominal pain after 6months of treatment. Ultrasonographic study,CT,MRI revealed a cystic lesion in the left lobe of prostate. Puncture of the cyst was performed and we made a diagnosis of spermatocele in the prostate occurred after ILCP.
