5-フルオロウラシル尿道内注入により治癒した尿道尖圭コンジローマ

Condyloma acuminatum in male urethra treated by instillation of 5-fluorouracil:A case report

　症例は19歳，男性。亀頭部腫瘤を主訴に当科を受診した。腫瘤は外尿道口と冠状溝に認められた。尖圭コンジローマと診断し切除術を施行したが，亀頭部と尿道に再発を認めた。亀頭部の病変は，液体窒素を用いた凍結療法により消失した。外尿道口から球部尿道にかけて多発した病変に対して一部に電気焼灼術を施行し，残存病変に対しては外来にて5-フルオロウラシルの尿道内注入を施行したところ，全病変の消失を認めた。

　A 19-year old male visited our hospital with a complaint of tumor on the glans penis. The lesions of the skin and urethral meatus were excised under a clinical diagnosis of condyloma acuminatum,which was confirmed by histopathological study. Tumor,however,recurred on the glans and urethra in a few months. Following ablation of skin lesions using liquid nitrogen,the patient was admitted and urethral lesions,which extended from bulbous uretha to meatus,were fulgurated by transurethral electrocautery. The residual urethra lesions were treated by urethral instillation of 5％5-fluorouracil solution twice a week for 5 weeks. All the lesions,then,disappeared and no recurrence has been observed for more than six months. In urethral condyloma acuminata,careful urethroscopic examination should be performed to confirm the complete excisin.（Rinsho Hinyokika 57：921-923,2003）
