　排尿困難を訴える50歳，男性が，PSAの上昇の検査のため紹介された。尿道膀胱鏡検査では，精阜左側に乳頭状腫瘍があり，さらに膀胱三角部に広基性非乳頭状腫瘍を認めたため，これらの腫瘍の生検と電気凝固術を行った。両腫瘍とも病理診断は前立腺ポリープであった。前立腺ポリープは前立腺部尿道に発生することが最も多く，前立腺部尿道と膀胱内に同時発生することは非常に稀である。

　A 50-year-old man with a complaint of difficult voiding, referred to our hospital for the examination of elevated PSA. Urethro-cystoscopic examination showed a papillary tumor at the left side of the verumontanum and a broad-based non-papillary tumor at the trigon of the bladder. Transurethral biopsy and electrocoagulation of these tumors was performed. The histrogical examination of both tumors revealed prostatic-type polyp. Prostatic-type polyps occur commonly in the prostatic urethra, while polyps simultaneously occurred in the prostatic urethra and urinary bladder are very rare.（Rinsho Hinyokika 61：249-251, 2007）
