　症例は30歳，男性。7年前より約2年に1度，射精後の血尿を認め，1年前には凝血塊により尿閉となった。2000年11月，再び射精後の尿道出血を認め当科に入院した。尿道膀胱鏡では精阜の右側に多発するポリープを認め，生検および電気凝固を行った。病理組織学的には，HE染色では円柱上皮の乳頭状の隆起，上皮下の腺管構造を認め，円柱上皮はPSA染色で陽性であった。手術後，現在まで射精後の尿道出血を認めていない。

A 30-year-old man, who had been complaining of ure-thral bleeding after ejaculation about once every two years for seven years and had a urinary retention last year. The patient was admitted to our hospital for fur-ther examination. During the cystoscopic examination, papillary lesion was found at the right side of the veru-montanum. Transurethral biopsy and electrocoagulation of the lesion were performed. The biopsy specimen pre-sented polypoid structures composed of prostatic acini covered by columnar epithelium with papillary projec-tion.
