　症例は55歳，男性。酒席にて悪戯目的に膀胱内に焼酎を注入された。以降，頻尿，尿失禁，排尿痛が持続し当科を受診した。保存的に経過観察を行ったが萎縮膀胱となり，膀胱尿管逆流を伴う両側水腎症が出現し，腎盂腎炎を繰り返すため回腸利用膀胱拡大術を施行した。術後は間欠式自己導尿を行い水腎症は消失し，腎盂腎炎は発症していない。

　A 55-year-old man was referred to our hospital with complaints of urinary urgency, urinary incontinence, and pain. He was injected shochu into the urinary bladder through a tube while drinking. Despite of meticulous conservative therapy, bilateral hydronephrosis and vesicoureteral reflux developed. He underwent ileal cystoplasty because of recurrent pyelonephritis. He practiced intermittent self-catheterization after the operation and hydronephrosis has disappeared and pyelonephritis has not occurred.（Rinsho Hinyokika 61：253-255, 2007）
