膀胱内前立腺上皮性ポリープ

A case of benign prostatic epithelial polyp in the urinary bladder

　73歳，男性。両側陰嚢腫大，前立腺腫瘍マーカー高値にて当科を受診した。両側陰囊水腫と診断し両側陰囊水腫根治術，前立腺針生検を施行した。同時に施行した尿道膀胱鏡にて左尿管口内側に広茎性乳頭状の膀胱腫瘍を確認し，経尿道的膀胱腫瘍切除術を施行した。病理組織診断は前立腺組織で前立腺特異抗原染色陽性であり，前立腺上皮性ポリープと診断した。前立腺上皮性ポリープは前立腺部尿道で散見されるが膀胱内発生は稀で，自験例を含め本邦報告例は12例であった。

A 73-year-old male with no history of hematuria was found incidentally to have a papillary non-pedunculated tumor in the bladder by cystoscopy. Transurethral resection of the tumor was performed and histological examination revealed benign prostatic epithelial polyp,which was stained for prostatic specific antigen. Benign prostatic epithelial polyps occur commonly in the prostatic urethra,while polyps arisen in the urinary bladder are rare. To our knowledge,only 12 cases including our case have been reported in the Japanese literature.（Rinsho Hinyokika 58：431-433,2004）
