40歳，女性が腟前壁の腫瘤のため当科を受診した。局所所見では，腫瘤は尿道腟中隔に存在し，径は4.0×4.0cm，表面は平滑で弾性軟であった。腫瘤を腟前壁経由で切除した。切除腫瘍は4.2×4.0×1.5cm，重量は14gであった。病理組織学的所見は血管筋線維芽細胞腫であった。
A 40-year-old woman visited our department with the chief complaint of a mass in the anterior vaginal wall. Local findings revealed the tumor was 4.0×4.0 cm in size,elastic soft,with smooth surface located in the urethrovaginal septum. The mass was removed with an approach through the anterior vaginal wall. Resected tumor was 4.2×4.0×1.5 cm in size and weighted 14 gr. Histopathological diagnosis was angiomyofibroblastoma.
