Abstract 文献概要

　後腹膜gastrointestinal stromal tumor（GIST）の1例について報告する。患者は56歳，女性。結腸ポリープの術後経過観察中に腹部超音波検査で後腹膜腫瘍を指摘され，精査目的で受診した。腹部CTおよびMRI検査で長径6.2cmの腫瘍を肝左葉の裏面に認め，画像所見上左副腎腫瘍が最も疑われた。血液検査，副腎ホルモン検査，腫瘍マーカー検査では異常を認めなかった。われわれは後腹膜腫瘍摘除術を行い，術中所見で腫瘍は左副腎と離れており，後腹膜原発腫瘍と診断した。病理組織学的に低悪性度のGISTと診断された。免疫組織化学検査でCD34染色，c-kit染色で陽性を示し，GISTを裏付ける結果になった。術後1年2か月の現在まで再発を認めていない。

　In a 56-year-old female,retroperitoneal tumor was found by screening ultrasonography during follow-up for colon polyp.Abdominal CT scan and MRI demonstrated a mass with 6.2cm in diameter behind left lobe of the liver,and left adrenal tumor was strongly suspected.The laboratory findings including adrenal hormones and serum tumor markers were unremarkable.Resection of the tumor disclosed the tumor apart from left adrenal.Histological examination showed low-grade malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumor（GIST）.Positive immunochemical-staining for CD-34 and c-kit confirmed the diagnosis.There was no evidence of local recurrence or distant metastases for 14months after surgery.
