尿閉を主訴とした無菌性髄膜炎

A case of urinary retention secondary to aseptic meningitis

患者は51歳，男性。尿閉，発熱，頭痛を主訴に当院を受診。入院後，見当識障害が出現し腰椎穿刺を施行したところ，リンパ球優位の細胞増加を認めたため無菌性髄膜炎と診断した。膀胱内圧測定では弛緩性膀胱を呈したが，保存的治療で髄膜炎は改善し，入院20日目尿道カテーテルを抜去したところ自排尿を認め，その後正常の排尿状態に回復した。

A 51-year-old man with the chief complaint of urinary retention,fever and headache was admitted to our hospital.After the admission,a symptom of disorientation appeared,therefore spinal fluid examination was performed,which showed lymphocytic pleocytosis suggesting aseptic meningitis.Cystometric feindings was a blaccid bladder,but urinary retention improved after recovery of meningitis.
