　はじめに

　血管平滑筋腫は平滑筋由来の良性腫瘍と考えられているが，主に四肢の皮膚または皮下組織に認められ，頭頸部領域に発生することは少ない^1,2）。今回われわれは，耳介および鼻腔に発生した血管平滑筋腫の2症例を経験したので報告する。

Angioleiomyoma is uncommon smooth muscle tumor rarely found in the head and neck area. Wereported two cases of a 51- year-old man with a tumor in the posterior surface of his left auricle and a 63-year-old woman, in the left inferior turbinate. The pathological studies of the lesion showed an-gioleiomyoma. Immunohistochemical examinations for alpha-smooth muscle actin were valuable for diagnosis. Its characteristics and origin are discus-sed.
