　はじめに

　われわれは北海道白老町と栃木県栗山村において，学校健診の精度を高める目的から健診と共にティンパノメトリとスクラッチテストを施行している^1〜5）。今回ここでは，3年ごとに実施されている本方式の健診において，白老町の6年間の経過観察から，同一の児童生徒群の成長に伴いスクラッチテスト陽性率がどう変化するのか，検討する。

Changes in positive rate of scratch test in accor-dance with growing ages in annual health-check at the same schools during years of 1989-1994 were examined.

The first and the fourth graders in 1989, 1990, and 1991 grew into the fourth graders and the first-year students in junior high school in 1992, 1993, and 1994, respectively. In both groups, the positive rate was sginificantly increased for three years. This increase was thought as association with the duration of contact with allergens.
