白老町学校健診におけるスクラッチテスト陽性率

Positive Rate of Scratch Tests in Students in Shiraoi-cho,Hokkaido

　はじめに

　アレルギーは増加しているのか。この問題について，近年多方面での研究が行われている。われわれは学校健診の機会を利用し，アレルギーに関する疫学検査^1〜4）を施行している。今回は，北海道白老町学校健診（1989・1990・1991年度）の結果を，報告する。

In years of 1989, 1990 and 1991, we conducted scratch tests in 2677 school students in Shiraoi-cho, Hokkaido. The subjects included the first and fourth graders of elementary schools and the first-year students of junior high schools. Male students were 1300 and female 1377.

Three allergens including house dust, mites and ceder pollen were used. Students with positive result against at least one of three allergens were 959 out of 2677. The positive rate was significantly higher in male students. Comparison was also made between grades.
