中国江蘇省の青少年におけるスクラッチテスト陽性率と鼻アレルギー有病率

Positive Rate of Scratch Test and Prevalence Rate of Nasal Allergy in Students of Jiangsu Province, China

　はじめに

　日本において，鼻アレルギー有病率は1970（70，以下同様に省略）年代から急増した^1）とされ，われわれの北海道白老町と栃木県栗山村における小中学生に対する調査^2〜7）も，それを裏付けている。これら鼻アレルギーの日本における近年の激増を考える場合，国内だけでなく国外の鼻アレルギー有病率の現状と，比較検討される必要がある。

　その観点よりわれわれは，国外における鼻アレルギー調査の手始めとして中国江蘇省において小学生・中学生・高校生・大学生を対象として，アレルゲン皮膚反応検査（以下スクラッチテスト）と鼻アレルギー検査を開始した。

A prevalence survey of nasal allergy was carried out in 390 students in Nanjing Medical University in October, 1995 and 508 students in primary school and middle school in Lili Town, Wujiang City, Jiangsu Province in May, 1996. A questionnaire was distributed to the students or the parents. The intranasal inspection was underwent, and the scratch test was performed using three allergen extracts: house dust, mites (D. farinae) and Japanese cedar pollen. The results showed that the prevalence of allergen skin test reactivity and nasal allergy in China were lower than that in Japan. A long-term study will be continued.
