　はじめに

　動静脈間の異常な交通を示す疾患である先天性動静脈奇形が，耳介に発生することは稀とされている。そのため，耳介の先天性動静脈奇形を摘出した後の耳介の再建法について記載した報告は少ない。今回，われわれは耳介に生じた先天性動脈奇形を耳介皮膚ならびに耳介軟骨膜を含めて摘出後，露出した耳介軟骨を側頭部皮下に挿入し，これを二期的に挙上することによって良好な結果が得られたので報告する。

A 24-year-old male presented with a dark reddish-colored mass associated with a skin ulcer of the right auricle and pulsatile tinnitus. A MR Angiogra-phy revealed an arteriovenous malformation (AVM) from the right superficial temporal artery. In the first operation, the AVM was excised with the overlying skin and the perichondrium. The exposed auricular cartilage was then inserted into the temporal subcutaneous pocket. In the second operation, elevation of the auricular was done. There was no evidence of recurrence at 17-month follow-up. The described technique can be useful with acceptable cosmesis in treating AVM of the auricle.
