I．はじめに

　頭皮上にみられる動静脈奇形（arteriovenous malformation）はその分類と病因に種々の問題がある^7,10）．頭蓋内動静脈奇形に比べて極めて稀であり，その1／20ともいわれている^11）．

　最近，われわれは先天性頭皮動静脈奇形の2例を経験し，巨大な1例については治療上困難な点があったが，小さい1例については容易に切除しえた．ここではそれらの症例を報告するとともに，治療方針について若干の意見を述べてみたい．

Two cases with congenital arteriovenous malformations of the scalp are presented.

Case 1 is 52-year-old man who was admitted to our department complaining of an enlarging and hemorrhagic pulsatile mass located in his frontal scalp. He was noticed to have a port-wine stain in the same region at birth. The tumor has gradually enlarged in this region for many years. On admission, this pulsatile mass measuring 8cm in diameter was situated on the midline of the frontal scalp and protruded about 3cm in height. The center of superficial aspect of it was ulcerated and covered with the crust.
