　はじめに

　眼窩吹き抜け骨折は下壁骨折が多く，内壁骨折は少ないといわれてきた。しかし，CT検査が多くの施設にてルーチンに行われるようになった今日では，眼窩内壁骨折も容易に見つかるようになり珍しいものではなくなってきた。

　これら内壁骨折の治療は内眼角切開，頭皮冠状切開を用いたアプローチが行われることが多い。われわれは鼻内内視鏡を用いたアプローチを行い整復術を行っている。本方法は手術侵襲も少なく，眼窩内壁骨折治療には有用な方法と考えられたので報告する。

We reported 8 cases of medial blowout fracture. Five patients had medial blowout fracture only, two complicated with fracture of the orbital floor and one zygomatic arch fracture. All the patients underwent endscopic surgery by trans-nasal approach. Five were done under local anes-thesia and the others under general anesthesia using controlled hypotension. After the cleasning of ethmoid cells, were orbital contents removed and then a slicon sheet was inserted into ethmoid sinus for prevention of recollapsing. This methodis suitable for the treatment of medial blowout fracture. Hoever, it still remains for further study that what material should be chosen for thesupport of ethmoid sinus and how long the support should be continued.
